RATES FOR DOG POOP SCOOPING: For Fairfield and Suisun area (fee will be higher for Cordelia, Green Valley & Vacaville   Fees are based on a weekly service agreement. (For cleanings needed for a short term, please call for rates) Once per week: Starting at 1 dog:$10.00 2 dogs:$12.50 3 dogs:$15.00 4 dogs:$17.50 Twice per week: Starting at 1 dog:$16.50 2 dogs:$18.50 3 dogs:$21.00 4 dogs:$24.50 For rates for more than 4 dogs, please call. For rates on every other week or once a month scooping- Please call. *** This fee is based on an average size yard or dog run. There is an extra charge for larger than average yards or if you have uneven terrain (steep incline), rock or bark. There will be an additional fee added when leaves or small debris must be raked in order to get to all the waste or if the lawn is not mowed frequently.  First time clean up fee- If there is only about 2 to 3 weeks of waste present (fee is about $25.00- $35.00 but if there is more than that, the fee will start at $50.00 & up depending on amount of waste and time to do the job) One time clean up fee- Starting at $45.00 & up   There is a $25.00 returned check fee. RATES FOR CAT LITTER BOXS: SCOOP TYPE LITTER ONLY (no clay litter) Rates are based on a weekly service agreement. For rates on short term cleaning, please give me a call. Prices are for Fairfield & Suisun Only (Cordelia, Green Valley & Vacaville please add an additional $3.50 to fees) Once a week: 1- litter box:$8.50 2- boxes:$11.00 3- boxes:$13.50 4- boxes $15.00 Twice a week: 1- litter box:$15.00 2- boxes:$17.50 3- boxes:$20.00 4- boxes $22.50 (above prices are for scooping waste from litter, deodorizing and vaccuming the surrounding area of the litter box(es) $5.00 extra per box will be charged for complete cleaning & disinfecting the litter box(s) (done as needed) If I supply the scoopable litter, please add $3.50 per box for topping off litter as needed on weekly cleanings or for full replacement of litter add $10.00 per litter box    PET SITTING : $10.00 & Up per visit (Fairfield & Suisun area) $15.00 & Up per visit (Green Valley, Cordelia and Vacaville area) Checking on your pet, making sure they have food and water and a little play time.
